Please review the following terms with every order. By using and accessing this website, and by placing an order with PRYD Corporate Catering, you agree to the terms set out below.
- Orders are to be placed 3 days in advance of your event. The quotation sheet will have to be signed for acceptance and emailed to PRYD Corporate Catering.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your order, or as otherwise arranged and agreed between both parties.
- The balance is due on the day of your event upon delivery.
- Should an order be cancelled within the 3-day lead time, this will incur a non-refundable deposit due to ingredients already purchased and preparation already in process.
- All serving dishes, platters, chafing dishes, utensils, cutlery, glassware, and any other catering equipment supplied by PRYD Corporate Catering remain the property of PRYD Corporate Catering. The client is responsible for ensuring that all items are returned in good condition within the agreed collection period (the day after the event). Any items that are lost, damaged, or not returned will be charged to the client at the full replacement cost.
- PRYD Corporate Catering reserves the right to amend prices should our cost price fluctuate beyond our reasonable control.
- Should an ingredient or item, for any reason, be unavailable, we reserve the right to replace it with a suitable substitute.
- We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The onus is on you to kindly review them with every order.
Allergen notice: If filleted fish is used, traces of bones could be found. Nuts & dairy could be used in the preparation of foods. This should be considered due to allergies — please advise us of any allergies when placing your order.
